Section 6. Punishment for connivance at offence

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 212; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Any owner or occupier of land or building or any agent of such owner or occupier in charge of the management of that land or building, who willfully connives at contravention of the provisions of this Act, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine, or with both.
