Section 12. Protection from suit or prosecution THE UTTAR PRADESH FLOOD EMERGENCY POWERS (EVACUATION AND REQUISITION) ACT, 1951

12. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good, faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order made under this Act.
