Section 10-B. Effect of incorporation

10-B Where any Uttar Pradesh Act constitutes a body corporate by any form of words, that body corporate shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may enter into contract by its corporate name, acquire, hold and dispose of property whether movable or immovable, and sue or be sued by its corporate name.
