THE UTTAR PRADESH HIGH SCHOOLS AND INTERMIDATE COLLEGES (PAYMENT OF SALARIES OF TEACHERS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES) ACT, 1971

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand School Education Act, 2006 (Uttarakhand Act 8 of 2006), s.60(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

12. No order made or direction given by the State Government the Director, the Regional Deputy Director, Education, or the Inspector or other officer in exercise of any power conferred by or under this. Act shall be called in question in any court.
