This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by U.P. Act No. 31 of 2000 (the Uttar Pradesh Hindu Religious Institutions (Prevention of Dissipation of Properties) (Repeal) Act, 2000), as printed in the footnote to s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
2. The Uttar Pradesh Hindu Public Religious Institutions (Prevention of Dissipation of Properties) Act, 1962 is hereby repealed6.
