This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 113; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. If any person contravenes any order issued to him by the Controller under section 4, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years or with fine or with both.
