Section 12. Terms and conditions of service of employees of the Board and terms of office of its members

12. (1) The terms and conditions of service of the [officers and employees of the Board appointed under [sub-section (3)]5 of section 10,]1 shall be such as may be provided by regulations made in this behalf. [(2) The Vice-Chairman shall be paid remuneration, and other non-official members shall be entitled to traveling and daily allowance, from the Board in accordance with such general or special orders as the State Government may, from time to time, issue in that behalf.]2
