1[2-AA (1) From the date of commencement of this Act, College/Institutes related to the subjects mentioned under section 6-a, shall be deemed to be affiliated to the Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Uttarakhand Audhaniki Evam Vaniki Vishwavidyalaya.
(2) The Statutes for affiliation of the Colleges/Institutes for University shall be such as may be prescribed subject to the provisions of the Act. ]1
