This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2011 (Uttarakhand Act 9 of 2011); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and extent (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
