25-A Terms and conditions of employment of officers and servants of committee Subject to rules made in this behalf under this Act, the terms and conditions of employment of the members of a cadre constituted under section 23-A and matters relegation to discipline, control and punishment including dismissal and removal of such officers shall be governed by such regulations as may be made by the Board.]2
