Section 26-E. Other provisions regarding office of the Chairman and members other then ex-officio

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2011 (Uttarakhand Act 9 of 2011); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
26-E Other provisions regarding office of the Chairman and members other then ex-officio (1) The Chairman and other member not being ex officio members be paid from the Board's fund such remuneration, if any, as may be fixed by the State Government. (2) If the Chairman or any other member as aforesaid is by infirmity or otherwise rendered temporarily incapable of discharging his functions or is absent on leave otherwise in circumstances not involving the vacation of his appointment, the State Government may appoint another person to discharge his functions under this Act.
