26-I Delegation of powers Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may, by general or special order, delegate, either unconditionally or subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order to any [the Director or]1 the Member-Secretary or any other officer of the Board such of its powers and duties under this Act, as it may deem fit.
