[39-A Submission of statement of purchases and sales Every Whole sale trader or commission agent, shall before the thirtieth day of April every year submit to the Market Committee a statement of purchases and sales of specified agricultural produce or through him during the previous year in such form and in such manner and setting fourth such other particulars as may be specified in the bye-laws. Explanation— For the purposes of this section, ‘previous year’ means the financial year immediately proceeding the year in which such statement is required to be submitted.]5
