This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2010 (Uttarakhand Act 12 of 2010), s.14(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. The Uttar Pradesh Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1952, is hereby repealed.
