Section 9. Finality of orders

9. Finality of orders (1) Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (3) of section 4 may make representation against it to the State Government, and the State Government may thereupon pass such order as it deems fit and its order shall be final. (2) Save as provided by sub-section (1), no order made by the Competent Authority under section 4 or section 5 shall be called into question in any court or be subject to any appeal or a revision to any Authority or Tribunal under the principal Act.
