Section 25. Cognizance of offences

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Motor Vehicles Taxation Reforms Act, 2003, s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25. No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence made by the Taxation Officer.
