Section 131. Power of [Corporation]2 to the making of contracts THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959

131- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the [Corporation]2 shall have power to enter into contracts which may be necessary or expedient under or for any purposes of this Act.
