[135- (1) The Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may sanction any estimate the amount of which does not exceed one lakh rupees: Provided that an estimate, the amount of which exceeds fifty thousand rupees, may be sanction by the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari only with the prior approval of the Nagar Pramukh. (2) The Executive Committee may sanction any estimate the amount of which does not exceed five lakh rupees.]4
