Section 148. determination of rates of taxes

148- The [Corporation]1 shall on or before February 15 if it is an indebted [Corporation]1 but on or before March 15 otherwise, after considering the proposal of the Executive Committee, determine, subject to the limitations and conditions prescribed in Chapter IX the rates at which [Corporation]1 taxes referred to in sub-section (1) of the section 172 shall be levied in the next ensuing financial year.
