Section 151. alteration in budget estimates

151- The [Corporation]1 may vary or alter from time, to time as circumstances may render desirable, the budget estimates adopted under section 146 or section 147 : Provided that in the case of an indebted [Corporation]1 every variation or alteration under this section shall be subject to confirmation by the State Government.
