17- [(1) A Nagar Pramukh shall be ex-officio member of the Corporation.]6
(2) A Nagar Pramukh shall have only a casting vole in the event of equality of votes when presiding at meetings of the [Corporation]3 or any Committee thereof and not vote as a member.
