Section 201. power of State Government to reject, sanction or modify proposals

201- Upon receipt of the proposals and objection under the preceding section the State Government may either refuse to sanction the proposals or return them to the [Corporation]1 for further consideration or sanction them without modification or with such modification not involving an increase of the amount to be imposed, as it deems fit.
