208- [When assessment list for the whole of the City or of [any part thereof]3 containing the particulars mentioned in clauses (n) to (e) of section 207 has been prepared]1 the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari shall give public notice of the place where [that list]1 or a copy thereof may be inspected, and every person claiming to be either owner or occupier of property included in [that list]1 and an agent of such person shall be at liberty to inspect [that list]1 and to make extracts therefrom without charge.
