Section 250. Appointment of places for emptying of drains and disposal of sewage
THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959
250- The Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may cause all or any [Corporation]1 drains to empty into any place, whether within or without the City, and dispose of the sewage at any place whether within or without the City, and in any manner which he shall deem suitable for such purpose: Provided that- (a) the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari shall not cause any [Corporation]1 drain to empty into any place into which a [Corporation]1 drain has not heretofore emptied, or dispose of sewage of any place or in any manner at or in which sewage has not heretofore been disposed of, without the sanction of the [Corporation]1; (b) no [Corporation]1 drain shall be made to empty into any place, and no sewage shall be disposed of at any place or in any manner which the State Government shall think fit to disallow.
