26- (1)The term of a Sabhasad [xxx]3 other than Sabhasad [xxx]3 chosen to fill a casual vacancy shall be co-terminus with the term of the [Corporation]4.
(2) The term of a Sabhasad [xxx]3 chosen to fill a casual vacancy shall be the remainder of his predecessor's term.
