Section 291. Applicability of sections 289 and 290 when a street is in part public and in part private THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959

291- If a portion only of any street is a public street, the other portion of such street may for all purposes of sections 289 and 290 be deemed to be a private street.
