THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959

351- (1) Whenever an improvement scheme is required to be framed under any of the preceding sections, it shall be the duty of the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari to prepare a draft scheme and to lay it for consideration before the Development Committee. (2) With the previous approval of the Development Committee, the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may, for the purpose of making an improve-ment scheme, cause surveys to be made in areas either inside or outside the limits of the area.
