Section 354. Inclusion of areas outside City in certain Improvement Schemes

354- An Improvement Scheme mentioned in clause (a) or (b) or (g) of section 343 may include within it in whole or in part any such area lying within two miles outside the limits of the City as the State Government may by notification in the official Gazette specify and such area shall, for the purposes of this Chapter be deemed to be area lying within the City.
