Section 376. Modification of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894

376- For the purpose of the acquisition of land for the [Corporation]9 under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, whether under this Chapter or any other Chapter of this Act- (a) the said Act shall be subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Act; (b) the award of the Tribunal shall be deemed to be the award of the Court under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
