Section 383-A. Preparation of development plan for the city

[383-A (1) A Corporation shall prepare every year a development plan for the City. (2) The Plan referred to in sub-section (1) shall be prepared by the Development Committee of the Corporation in the manner prescribed by rules. (3) The plan shall be laid before the Corporation which may approve it with or without modifications in such form as it may think fit and the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari shall submit it to the District Planning Committee referred to in Article 243-ZD of the Constitution by such date as may be prescribed by rules.]2
