Section 390. Power to Inspect premises for sanitary purpose

390- (1) The Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may inspect any building or other premises for the purpose of ascertaining the sanitary condition thereof. (2) If it shall appear to the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari necessary for sanitary reasons so to do, he may, by written notice, require the owner or occupier of any building to cause the same or any portion thereof to be limewashed, disinfected or otherwise cleansed.
