Section 413. New places for disposal of the dead net to be opened without permission of Mukhya Nagar Adhikari

413- No place shall which has never previously been lawfully used as a place for the disposal of the dead and registered as such be opened by any person for the said purpose without the written permission of the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari who, with the approval of the [Corporation]1, may grant or withhold such permission.
