Section 430. Places for slau-ghter of animals not intended for sale or slaughte-red for religious purposes

430- The Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may, by public notice, and with the previous sanction of the [Corporation]1, fix premises within the City in which the slaughter of animals of any particular kind not for sale or the cutting up of carcass of any such animal shall be premitted, and prohibit, except in case of necessity, such slaughter elsewhere within the City: Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to animals slaughtered for any religious purpose.
