Section 446. begging, etc.

446- whoever, in a street or public place within the City, begs importunately for alms, or exposes or exhibits with the objects of exciting charity a deformity or disease or an offensive sore or wound, shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment which may extend to one month or to a fine which may extend to fifty rupees or to both.
