THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959

5- The [Corporation]3 authorities charged with carrying out the provisions of this Act for each City shall be- (a) the [Corporation]3; [(aa) the Ward Committees;]4 (b) an Executive Committee of the [Corporation]3 ; [(bb) the Nagar Pramukh;]1 (c) a Development Committee of the [Corporation]3 ; (d) a Mukhya Nagar Adhikari [and an Apar Mukhya Nagar Adhikari]5 appointed for the [Corporation]3 under this Act, and (e) in the event of the [Corporation]3 establishing or acquiring electricity supply or public transport undertaking or other public utility services, such other committees of the [Corporation]3 as the [Corporation]3 may with the previous sanction of the State Government establish with respect thereto.
