Section 520. Recovery of dues declared recove-rable as tax

520- Any [Corporation]1 dues declared by this Act or by rules or bye-law to be recoverable in the manner provided by this Chapter may be recovered by the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari in accordance, as far as may be, with the provisions of sections 504 to 514 and 516 to 519 as if the amount due were a tax.
