Section 531. Power of State Government to call for extracts from procee-dings etc.
THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959
531- (1) The State Government may at any time call upon the [Corporation]1 to furnish it with any extract from any proceedings of the [Corporation]1, the Executive Committee, or any other Committee constituted under this Act or from any record under the control of the [Corporation]1 and with any statistics concerning or connected with the administration of this Act; and the [Corporation]1 shall furnish the same without unreasonable delay. (2) The State Government may at any time call upon the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari to furnish it with any information, report, explanation or statistics concerning or connected with the executive administration of this Act and the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari shall furnish the same without unreasonable delay.
