Section 552. Advertisement how to be made

552- Whenever it is provided by or under this Act that notice shall be given by advertisement in the local newspapers, or that a notification or any information shall be published in the local newspapers, such notice, notification or information shall be inserted, if practicable, in at least two newspapers in such language or languages as the [Corporation]1 may from time to time specify in this behalf published or circulating in the City: Provided that where the [Corporation]1 has its own Bulletin the publication of the said notice in two consecutive issues of the Bulletin of the [Corporation]1 shall be deemed sufficient for the purposes of this section.
