563- No person shall, in any way, obstruct the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari in making any entry under section 560, or section 561 or any [Corporation]1 officer or other person accompanying the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari at his request or acting under his orders for the purposes of such entry.
