580-B All sums due to the Nagar [Corporation]1 whether on account of any tax or any other account: shall be recoverable by the [Corporation]1 and for the purpose of such recovery, it shall be competent to the [Corporation]1 to take any measure or institute any proceeding which it would have been open to the Nagar [Corporation]1 to take or institute, if the Uttar Pradesh Urban Local Self Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 1994 had not come into force.
