Section 82. Questions as to disqualifications to be determined by the State Government

82- If any question arises as to whether a member of a [Corporation]2 has become subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 25 the question shall be referred in the manner prescribed for ·decision to the State Government and the decision of the State Government shall be final.
