Section 89. Meeting of executive Committee, etc.

89- (1) The Executive Committee, [the Development Committee, the Wards Committees]3 and any other Committee constituted under section 5 shall meet once at least in every month for the transaction of business. (2) The Chairman or in the absence of the Chairman the Vice- Chairman of any Committee referred to in sub-section (1) may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition made in writing by not less than one-fourth of the total number of members or the Committee, call a meeting of the Committee.
