Section 93. Adjournment of meeting of [Corporation]2 and Committee, etc.

93- The Presiding Officer of any meeting of the [Corporation]2 or of any Committee referred to in section 89 at which a quorum of the members is present may, with the consent of the majority of the members present, adjourn the meeting from time to time.
