Section 20. Delegation of powers

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Subject to such conditions and limitations, as may be specified, the Board may delegate to the President or to the Secretary or any other servant of the Board or to any member, such of its powers and duties under this Act, as it may deem necessary, and may like wise withdraw any such delegation.
