Section 27. Sub-Committees

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
27. (1) The Board may, whenever it considers necessary, establish in any local area a sub-committee for the supervision of any wsqf, or waqfs generally in that area. (2) The constitution, functions and duties of the sub-committee shall be such [as may from time to time be determined]5 by the Board.
