Section 38. Budget of the Board

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
38. The Board shall in every year prepare, in such form and at such time, as may be prescribed, a budget for the next year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure during that year, and forward a copy thereof to the State Government.
