Section 47. Administration of properties of the Husainabad and affiliated Waqfs

47. (1) The State Government shall settle the scheme of administration regarding the lwaqfs, endowments and trusts referred to in sub-section (2) of section 2.]1 (2) The State Government may in consultation with the Shia Central Board amend or modify the scheme of administration settled under sub-section (1) and State Government may issue directions from time to time to remove any doubt or difficulty in the administration of these [waqfs, endowments and trust.]2
