Section 52. Board to pass orders on Audit Report

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
52. The Board shall examine the auditor's report, and may call for the explanation of any person in regard to any matter mentioned therein, and shall pass such orders on the report as it thinks fit.
