Section 68. Board to be made a party to a suit or proceeding regarding a waqf on its application

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
68. In any suit or proceeding in respect of a waqf or any waqf property by or against a stranger to the waqf or any other person, the Board may appear and plead as a party to the suit or proceeding.
