Section 75. Bar to suits in matters to be decided by Tribunals

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
75. No person shall institute any suit or other proceeding in any civil court with respect to any dispute or question or matter which is required or permitted under this Act to be referred to a Tribunal for adjudication.
